Our bar boasts an expertly crafted list of classic cocktails, alongside rows of boutique spirits as well as a range of world beers on tap and in the fridges. Guest ales make an appearance with some local additions and we haven’t forgotten about a few non-alcoholic concoctions too.

At the bar we’re mixing and muddling some of our favourite seasonal classic cocktails, using the finest spirits and freshest fruit. If you need help deciding which one to try first then ask one of our bartenders to recommend; they’ve tried them all!

With great wines comes great food so here at The Huntsman of Brockenhurst we’ve made sure that only our favourite make it onto the list. From small producers to big name vineyards, by the glass or by the bottle we’ve carefully paired our wines with the dishes on our food menu.
